I created a slide show using one format, and have now found a better format to use.
How can I apply the new format to all of the slides at once? I've seen somewhere a demo about Format Painter, but I can't get it to work on even one slide, much less all of them. Thanks, Gary |

You can use Format Painter shortcut. Just click once on the shape you want to copy it format, And press Ctrl+Shift+C, Then goto to the target shape and press Ctrl+Shift+V.
I hope this will help. |

Hani,
Thanks, but is there a way to apply the new format to all of the slides in the presentation at once? Such as "Select All" from Office 2003? Gary |

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but I think it's the right direction. Scroll down to powerpoint.
