Spaces in a chart

Hello,
I would like to adjust the space between the legend and the axis tilte and the axis labels and the axis labels from the axis in a chart. Could you please tell me how to do this? (EXCEL 2013)
Some options on text and size regarding this show always disactivated.

The legend and titles may be moved to wherever you wish by simply clicking and dragging. The axis labels are generally fixed.

Thanks, yes I am aware of this, but if you want to make some graphs uniform then you need some control over this and I think there should be a way. This is what I am trying to find out.

If the options are disabled, then you cannot do it.
