Hi everyone,
I have a question. Is it possible to export data from an email into an excellsheet? I'm developing my own transportation business and I would like to know if I can extract data from emailcontent and insert it into specific colums in excell sheet. The requests come through my website and I have created a system which counts the reuests and adds a number to the additional headers like Quote Request Ticketnr: 201500001. This number automatically increases by one every time. The requests I get from my site will look something like this: Company Details Company: Test Contactperson: bla bla Phonenumber: 06-55555555 Email: test@gmail.com Country: netherlands Pickup Details Zipcode / City: 2255dd / amsterdam Country: netherlands Destination Details Zipcode / City: 5542de / rotterdam Country: Afghanistan Shipment Details Cargo Quantity: 40 Weight (Weight in kilograms): 250kg Dimensions (LxBxH in cm's): 250x15x14 Commodity: dsfvfvdsfv Service Details Shipping Service Conventional Shipping Container Quantity 1 Container Type: Dry Cargo Container Delivery Options: Door to door Freight Insurance: Yes Freight value: 25.000 Export Packing: Yes Customs Formalities: Yes All the parts I have bolded out is information I would to import into certain colums in excell and now is my question is this possible and if so how do I do it? And I also would like to have the quote ticketnumber from the additional header inside a colum. Is this possible and if so how can I do this? Can someone help me? Regards, BusinessBuilder |
