Convert hours in decimal

I wanted to convert hours in decimal for E.g. if i have a figure of 31:35 it needs to be converted into 31.35.

Please help it will really reduce my workload.

Hi,

You can use the following formulas:

1. =(Cellname-INT(cellname))*24

2. =((cellname)*1440)/60
1440 is number of minutes in one day (60*24)/60 (one minute)
