Default Check for duplicated data and print list

I have an access spread sheet and I want to check an excel spread sheet to compare data ie and job references. The job ref there will be 4 different columns in the access database, and a I get a list of jobs via a spread sheet, which might have one of the 4 or all of the 4 job ref's how would i get the database to check the spreadsheet data for duplicate data and print a list of the duplicated. The access data base could have a temperory table for importing of the spreadsheet then a button to check for duplicate and populate a query and then print the quiery out.
