Default

The following seems to be doning the trick
Code:
=IF(AND(C2>B2,B2>0),MAX(B2:C2)-TODAY(),IF(AND(B2="",C2=""),"N/A",IF(OR(C2="",B2=""),(C2+B2)-TODAY(),IF(C2=B2,C2-TODAY(),""))))
in F2 and pull down as needed
