Default set daily goal for actual workdays, excluding weekends holidays and days off

First off let me thank you in advance if you can help me

I have tried to be as detailed as possible - I am fairly new to using formulas

my objective is to display (daily completion goal) in each cell in "column c" for actual days worked
c35 - d35 / c2
monthly audits to complete 177(c35)
total completed to date0(d35)
total work days is 19 (c2)

holiday and days off JAN 1,2,3,13 (cells m2-s2) and weekend days

conditional formatting is applied to "=$A$4:$S$34" using formula "=WEEKDAY($A4,2)>5" which fills sat/sun rows in red

file is attached

I would like to find the average, and have that entered in cells below showing "goal"

the average will change daily based on what is entered in d9,d10,d11 etc...

below request is not vital however it would be a bonus if it can be done

is it possible to lock the original (goal) in c9... after data(#completed) is entered in d9 , recalculate the (goal) for the remaining workdays, re-populate c10 - c33 with the new goal, and recalculate again after each day's "Audits completed" total is entered
