Hmm, now when you say "sample", do you mean the whole file, or just a SS (screenshot)?

If the former, no I can't do that. This is my client's work & the file is huge by now.

If you just need a SS of the cell in question, sure I can do that

Probably a sample. The best would be the list that we are trying to correct. This can be easily selected by selecting the top cell of that column then hold CTRL + SHIFT and press down. This will select all the data quickly. Paste that into a worksheet and post that worksheet.
