Default Disable Protected View in Microsoft Excel
hello everyone

having a sudden issues with opening and saving a excel that was created using 2003 version but I was able to save & open two days ago, now I get a protected view message. I followed the steps to disable but still can't open it, any thoughts?

What does "protected view" even mean, anyway? I don't think I've ever heard of it.

It sounds like the worksheet or workbook is now protected. go to your workbook settings and turn protection off. If it requires a password let me know I might have a way you can still get into it.
