I must admit I did not have the courage to read all the preceding posts so I may have missed something The following should do what you need ( based on your first post AND if you are using XL2007 as stated). It does have to be entered as an array formula with Ctrl+Shift+Enter and you'll have to change the " facial" part if needed Code:
=IFERROR(INDEX($C$2:$C$7,MATCH(1,($A$2:$A$7=A13)*($B$2:$B$7="Facial"),0)),"")
