Default Conditional formatting issues

Attached is the basics however there are 150 rows

I want to colour A and B columns based on the numbers in C and D columns

So if A1 equals to or is greater than C1 then colour it green, if less than colour it red, B colums is the same but relates to the number in column D.

now I can do this conditional format for one cell at a time, but I need to copy this formula without manually creating it for each celli have (150 x 4 columns), as you can see the numbers differ so i need an easy way to do it for A2 to C2, B2 to D2, A3 to C3 etc and so on.

Any ideas please
