apologies about the image, ive changed it to a document.

I tried the conditional format on column A but they have all turned red, so I'm not sure what Ive done wrong. I use Office 2007 if that makes any difference. The sheet (in case your wondering) is relating to industry in a game called eve online.

EDIT
I can see that cell references are wrong so I changed the formula for the number 3 rather than 1 (as the rows start from cell 3) but it still didn't work.
