Hi Umut,
Everything except the formatting of your 'Trafik' column's data can be handled quite easily via a mailmerge. And, even with your 'Trafik' column, if you were prepared to split that into two columns (one for each line), even that data could be formatted via the mailmerge. FWIW, instead of using textboxes in Word, I'd suggest using a table, with cells sized to position the various lines where you want them.
