Hello.
I'm having the following problem with AutoCorrect in Excel 2010 on Win 7 x64. I'm trying to use AutoCorrect as a way to make shortcuts for greek letters. For example, I use replace "|a" (without the quotes) with "α" (lower-case greek letter alpha) and it works fine in cells. But then I try to use the new shortcut to replace "|A" with "A" (upper-case greek letter alpha). But the problem is AutoCorrect does not distinguish between "|a" and "|A" and it won't allow me to put in two different shortcuts. Is there any way to make that happen in this way? I don't know if I have been clear enough in my explanation of the problem so I'm attaching a picture of what I mean. Thank you for your answers. |
