Remove time portion in date

Hi Angie and welcome to the forum,

The quickest way to permanently remove them would be to select the column and use the text to columns button on the data tab.

Select the column
Data tab > text to columns
Choose Delimited > next
Choose Space > next
In the data preview pane at the bottom select the right hand column containing the times and then in the Column data format frame choose Do not import column (skip)
Finish
