![]() I have 2 different name lists created in excel 2010. One list is mine, the other is my wife's. These lists each have 3 columns; name, address, phone numbers. I want to combine the data from one worksheet with the other. How can I merge the data so it does not create duplicates or delete any names from the lists? |

Why not copy paste the second list under the first and use the " remove duplicates" command form the data tab?
