Excel 2010: I have a 20 year old Diary and when I shorten the column and did an Auto Row Height only about the half of the cells with 5 or so rows came into place and the other half left me with about one space with no data no matter the length of the last line.

I have a 20 year diary that I condense into 10 pt. fonts at 365 pages however on Column A I have the date such at 10/10/10 and on column B I have the day of the week and my data is in column C so is there anyway go combined the 3 columns so I might be able to condense my diary to less than 300 pages?

Are the cells all formatted with text wrapping? Do you have any merged cells?

All the data cells are text wrapping but no merged cells

In that case, I'd suggest checking what cell styles are is use and whether there is any difference between the rows that format correctly and the rows that don't.
As for the question about combining cells, you could dispense with column B altogether and format coloumn A to show the day and date. You could also combine the data into a new column by, for example: =A1&B1 (or =A1&B1&C1) which you'd copy down as far as needed, then only print the column containing the combined data. The formula concatenates the data, so that the dates appear in the same cells as the diary entries.
