Pecoflyer, thanks for the help, but having to rearrange all the day columns and their data into one day column would be a lot of work. Is there a way I can do this by keeping all the day columns separate from each other at the top of the spreadsheet?

Can I have the results to be like this...
...............Monday.....Tuesday
...............yes/no.......yes/no
Joe.............3..1..........2...2
Sally............3..4.........4....3
Greg...........1...1.........0....2
