Default Automatic goal seek program-Help required

Dear Experts

I am new to this forum and this is my first view on word macros and VBA.I am also Excel beginner.

I don't know how to write automatic goal seek program in excel 2013. So from my large spreadsheet I simplified my requirement in another file for better understanding.

I have an input value from 'Input value' sheet that goes to a goal seek tab.

If I input a value in 'Goal page'Cell F16 (blue colour in Goal page tab)- that should automatically adjust the input value tab "cell E7 " to get result number in (Mainpage tab) "Cell H7"

For every variation in blue cell F16 (sheet 1) - Auto goal seek should change itself to bring same value in Green cell H7 (sheel 2) by adjustin a cell E7 (sheet2)

Please let me know the step by step procedure to create this. I don't know if i need to create a button.

I attached this spreadsheet now

Please guide me the process and i will learn more.

Regards
Bala
