Forgot all about this. I don't quite understand what you mean by what application? I use Word 2013 to make the teamlines, they are essentially like a big grid and in one of the boxes the photo of the player is placed.

Teamlines a-side, basically is there a way to have a photo automatically resize itself when pasting it into word, rather than resizing it yourself once it has been pasted in it's original size.

Thanks

If you select an existing photo, click on the Paste Formatting icon (like a paintbrush), then click on the new photo, that photo should take on the formatting of the old one. If you want to do several at one time, double click on the paintbrush and use it continuously on the new photos.
