Basically, I make team lines for Amateur Football teams that play in the same league as my team. On these teams lines there is a host of information and a photo of the player. The idea being that the photo identifies that the player is who he says he is and is eligible to play.



When making the team lines I copy and paste the photo of the the player into the box and change the size and width to 2.05 x 2.05 and then position the photo. Is there anyway that I could set Word to automatically re-size the photo when I paste it in?
