Hi Wyskers,

The problem with the numbering is most likely due to a limitation in the way LISTNUM fields work. Some simply don't work when embedded in other fields. It appears LISTNUM is such a field.

You may get better results by using paragraphs formatted with appropriate heading number Styles, but even these can be finnicky to embed in IF fields.
