Question Request for advice on Word tutoring services

Hello,

Can anybody offer some advice about document editing services? I am writing a dissertation that contains 200 pages of text and 100 pages of figures. I mainly need help consolidating everything into a consistent format. I will also need to integrate the figures into the text, and may need to rearrange the sections around a bit, but would like all references to figures etc to change appropriately as the sections are moved around.

I cannot afford the $5 per page charged by many editing services, and would like to learn how to make the changes myself. I will need some type of consultant (that I can physically meet with) who can teach me the easiest ways to make all these changes myself. Would a private tutor have these skills? Can anyone suggest how I would proceed to find such a person, and/or what their job title would be? Is there a specific type of business that I should be searching for? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
