Default Questions on a Word template

If this is in the wrong area, please feel free to move it.

I have two questions regarding a Word template for a newspaper. I am using Word 2007.

First:
The template is two pages, a front page and a second one. Is it somehow possible to "copy" the second page and insert it so I have a three page paper? If not, how can I create a third page?

Second:
Is there any way to fit the text to the text box? I don't mean by changing the size of the text, but by stretching/expanding the words/letters so that if looks more uniform in its text box columns, like a book would be done for publishing.

I am not very savvy regarding the formatting of something like this and would be most grateful for any assistance.
