Sweet!
I am having problems with the creation though. The protocol will look somewhat like this: 1. Subject Week (left tab) text text text text text text text (right tab) Initials 2. Subject 2 Week (left tab) text text text text text text text (right tab) Initials 3. Subject 3 Week (left tab) text text text text text text text (right tab) Initials And I've been given orders to do this in the fashion of the above list. But how do I make a style/template that will allow for the tabs to remain the same and the list number to continue from 3-?? without starting from scratch with 1,2,3 all over again, and tabs messing things up? Here's how it should be: 1. Föregående protokoll 11w14 Writing alot of stuff so people will see what I’m trying to do JL 2. Byggmöte 3. Styrgrupp 4. Ekonomi 5. Arbetsmiljö 6. Tidplan Last edited by Makube; 11-02-2011 at 06:00 AM. Reason: to clarify |

As Paul suggested, you would need a numbered paragraph style and then apply that style to each of the numbered paragraphs. For the unnumbered paragraphs with tab stops but no numbering in them, use a separate para style.
You can use the built-in List Number style as a starting point for your numbered list; use the Modify Style dialog box to alter the numbering as desired. Or you can create a custom style for the purpose.
