Hi fuchsd,
You can create a link between Excel and Word by selecting a range in Excel, copying it, then activating the Word document, selecting the destination and choosing Edit|Paste Special, checking the 'paste link' option and choosing the paste format you desire. From then on, any change to the Excel data should be reflected in Word (you may need to go to Tools|Options|General and make sure the 'Update automatic links at open' option is checked).
