How about saving these entries as autotext in the document/template? Then when you type the reference the AutoText entry option appears. Say you have the paragraph "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy log" save selection as QBF in the AutoText. Then when you type QBF the AutoText option kicks in with The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy log |
