hello again Stefan and thank you again for your assistance.... I was able to get as far as the item "Paste in the first macro in the article" up to that point all was going well, but I couldn't figure out what the first macro is or what the article is to paste it in...
Also, I have been using the "web layout" view in word because I just like the way it fits the screen for most of the work I'm doing - would that be why the web toolbar keeps appearing? I want the web layout view, but do NOT want that darn toolbar there all the time! Any further suggestions appreciated... Kenny
