Default How to Insert a Clear, Blank page without Lines and Numbers in a Pleading Document

I am using a pleading template downloaded from Office.com under File>New>Office.com Templates in Word Office 2010.

At the end of the pleading document, I wish to have a clear, blank page without the lines and numbers generated by the pleading template.

Can this be done? Thanks.
