If you cannot find a standard template then why not create your own. MS Word allows you to create customised label templates.
Search for create custom label templates in MS Word on the Web and you should find plenty of help. If you are still struggling them come back to me with the version of Word you are using and I will see what I can do to help.

why don't you install the avery wizard add-in for microsoft office, and you can use Avery in Word or Excel with lots of build in templates...

i cant do it buddy ,tryed and tryed and i cant get it right

i am running microsoft word .ink ?? on windows vista

i ahve tryed to avery add on but there is no template for what i need

1. Paper size in mm.
2. Printing format i.e. landscape or portrait.
3. Individual label size in mm.
4. Number of labels per page.
5. Screenshot of a label sheet.
