Default Idiot Proof Certificate - One option

Hi

Document attached as been created with the following - it has no macros.

Page orientation landscape.
Table without any borders, aligned vertically and horizontally on the page, Row height set to an exact height. Row fonts are only normal style font with different text effects (just as illustrations).
Merge Field used - "Fill-in" with prompts and case is \*caps, so whichever way the user enters the information, the words will start with a capital letter. Content control - date picker. Editing is restricted to "Filling in Forms" (Developer Tab|Restrict Editing), no passwords.

When saved as template, creating a new document will show Dialog Boxes with the prompts and will merge the information. User will be able to update fields (by right clicking and choosing update field) and select a date - they will not be able to change styles or header.

To edit the document you will need to Stop Protection in the Restrict Editing Dialog area.

Hope this helps.
