I have word 2003 in Windows 7. I also have a copy of Publisher 2010 on the same computer. When I open word, the cursor is at the top of the page. I have tried deleting the dot file, saving the corrected one with the cursor lower on the page, renaming, etc. Nothing is working for me. |

Hi
You are not explaining very clearly what your issue is. When you open a Word document the cursor will always be place at the beginning of the document. If you need the cursor to be at the end of a document then when you open it simply enter Ctrl+End. Hope this helps, if not please post a more detailed explanation of your issue. Good luck. what I mean by the top of the page is the top. I tried to pull down the cursor a few lines just like it has always been in the past and save the dot. It will not stay there. The next time I open, its at the top again.
