Hello,
With Word 2013 default settings, Ctrl+F brings up this navigation panel on the left that I never use. Instead, what I'd like it to do is bring up the Find & Replace screen, like it did back in Word 2007 and 2003. How do I rebind Ctrl+F to bring up the "Find and Replace" screen, with the Find tab set as the active one? I know how to get to the "Keybaord Shorcuts: Customize" button/screen, but I have no idea where the option to create a shortcut for Find & Replace is. Ctrl+G brings up the Page Number search window, but then I have to click the "Find" tab on it, which I don't always remember to do, and I wind up wasting some extra clicks once I've realized my confusion. |
