The built-in quick style sets are saved, by default, in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\1033\QuickStyles (or in the Program Files folder depending on your system).
It does seem as if the network administrator has deleted the style sets on your machine. You can't do anything about that, I'm afraid.
