Ok testing is going well despite the "I can't follow simple instructions" crowd.
Somehow someone has managed to delete the link from the todo section in one or two of the worksheets to the Handover page. I'm not sure how you have set this up but when I unprotect the handover page I can't seem to re paste the link in office 2003 snd sll the cells select at the same time, is this an option that is only available in 2007 >?
and finally, just how do you get it to display the required cells only, I'd like to add blank spaces to the handover sheets to add hand written memos/notes.
I thinks its time to badger IT to add office 2010 to my work machine.
