if its the one dated 20/09/11 then yes I did and it meets what I'm tring to achieve. Its gone off to our clinical systems team for vetting before uploading to our sharepoint network and the start of testing by a selected few of the team, from my level to those who could probably wipe the internet due to their fear of pc's . I have learnt a lot from this and can not thank you enough. I will get back to you once we have tested and maybe look at improvements that may show up in the testing.
