I would like to be able to make the following type changes without "Stopping protection" and restarting protection each time:

increase and decrease indents
bullets
numbering
when adding a new paragraph ... adding a check box to the next column field

Any advice or direction would be great.

Sanitation Supv.
· Same as above.
· Safety: Leak on DSI acid drop corrected.
· CIP #5; Pan Line Wash: the graph looks good now that the valve is pulsed at a reduced duration.
Maintenance
· Issue with the inlet valve on Crystallizer #2: this valve has not been setup to wash with the CIP and from inspection today is not being hand cleaned regularly. Marty, can you have Jim B look at piping this into wash with the Silo and then programming will need to also be added to pulse the valve.
Had a meeting with Jim B, Ken, Marty, and Tom: this is already in progress.

Crystallizer #2:

I inspected this last night and it had a milk stone haze in the bottom.

After the Caustic wash tank was Acid Washed and clean and we returned the CIP to its normal Caustic/Chlorine and Acid configuration; we washed Crystallizer #1 and it was clean, no haze or flakes. Jim re-washed Crystallizer #2 and the result was clean, shinny, no flakes. I again inspected it on Tuesday at 10 am after drying since 2 am, still shinny.
Tank are still left open for entire shifts.

SSOP follow-up needed.

Tanks/Silos should be closed as soon as possible after cleaning to reduce chance of contamination.
