I regularly receive MS Word Docs from a client to convert into PDF files. They have inserted a logo below some of the text at the top, and it always comes into me without color and grayed out.
Normally, I will select the image, and format it to restore the color, but the last two files they sent are un-editable. I can't select anything, not the image not the text. They say that the files are the same as always so I'm wondering if there is something wrong on my end. All other MS Word files seem okay, but they are strait text, no images. So what could have changed, or how I can select objects that don't want to be selected: text or images? Any help would be appreciated. I'm on a Mac, running Snow Leopard and Mac Word 2011. |
