Auto populate a word document

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the below.

I'm working on a functionality where I have to populate some data when users create a new document based on a template.

Example:

Car Make: <HONDA>
Model: <ACCORD>
Year: <2001>

The text within '<' and '>' has to be filled dynamically based on a web service call.

Any help is greatly appreciated !!
