I am a newbie to advanced word functions. I need the experts help.
I have many word documents (word 2010) in one drive with many sub folders. I will be using the serach function of windows explorer to search for a key word in the documents. System will search all the documents in this drive and shows the documents containing the key word searched for. But my requirement is this: When I search for key word, I do not want the whole content in the documents searched. I want to place all my serach tags in a table or a text box at the end of each document and the search function should serach only these search tags and give output (don't search any other part of the word docuemnts). That means, I need to control the windows explorer search option only to the restricted ares within the word documents. Is this possible? if so how can I get this? Thank you in advance. |
