Hi
I have re-created the styles named Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. When assigning the styles to a paragraph you will have to place your cursor in the paragraph and then click on the the style name in the toolbar. It appears you cannot just use the indent, outdent buttons any more, why I do not know. Hope this helps.
