How to delete all the punctuation marks from a paragraph?
i need to remove all the punctuation marks (comma, points, question marks, back slash, stars, etc.) from certain paragraphs. is there any macro that can do this kind of work for the selected paragraph? regards Jamal |

Hi Jamal,
Use a wildcard Find/Replace, where: Find = [,.;:’””"/\!\*\?\\] Replace = nothing

What probably happened is that the smart quotes got converted to plain quotes. Plus the plain double-quote in the expression would have to be replaced with, for example, Chr(34).
