My word file is a invoice file and consists of a few line which I use line in drawing tool to draw, the printing come out perfect when I last printed using my home printer HP B110 ( All in one printer ). But today when I change certain wording and print, all the line would print. I check the setting and can't find any thing. But when I use my office printer to print, the lines all can be printed. Why is it so ?

Hi pclum,
It's most likely something to do with your printer's driver software. Check for updates from the printer manufacturer. A possible workaround is to save to pdf and printing from that. Rather than creating lines with the drawing tool, you might get better results if you use Word's table tools. You can easily add/delete and change the thickness of and style of table & cell borders.

I update the driver but it is not the driver problem. Don't know who has unclick the Tools>Options>Print tab>drawing objects. I click the box and it print ok. Thank again. |
