Hi Yipd,
No, that isn't possible. However, if you distribute a template with a macro designed to apply the custom colours from, say, a macro-driven userform dropdown, that would give your users ready access to the colours without needing to use the inbuilt functions. If you assign the macro to a unique keyboard shortcut, that will make its use even easier.
