Suddenly word has been inserting bold lines across the width of the page seemingly at random. What did I do? I'm using Office 2003 with Windows XP Pro.

If you can post a small Word document showing the problem, it'll be easier to diagnose.

Hi kozureokami,
If you click on 'Go Advanced' when replying, you'll see a paperclip symbol. That allows you to attach a file.

Hi kozureokami,
You have a paragraph bottom border applied, such that it only appears at the bottom of the last paragraph on a page or in a group of such paragraphs. To clear it from the whole document, press Ctrl-A, then the borders tool on the Formatting toolbar and choose the 'no border' option.
