Hi Paul,
Yes I did try that. After I did the diagnose step I restarted the computer and then opened MS Word clicked the Insert tab and then Page number down arrow the Bottom of page the submenu from here is grayed out. As are all the other page locations for page numbers. Same thing for Design and page number. Cheers, Jack
