This is what I do:
1. open a new doc 2. developer tab->document template 3. add my template to "global templates and add-ins" 4. ok then nothing happens but when I go to developer tab->document template and then instead of normal.dot select mine, it works. but is there any way to have couple of templates attached to a doc? the other problem is that when I attach my template instead of normal.dot, the current doc possess all the styles. is this logical? I think the doc should keep just those styles that have been used and not just all of the styles from the attached template. what do u think? |
