Hi Sonja,
1. Press Shift-F1. 2. I don't believe the 'New documents based on this template' option would make a difference for the template you're creating, but it would probably affect whatever template you're creating the new one from. 3. On the Developer tab, Click 'Document Template' 4. I believe that panel only shows whatever has been defined as part of the template's 'Quick Style' set. If you deine a new 'Quick Style' set and us that, the Styles on offer should vary accordingly.
