Question How to resize the number of the heading after being disappeared???

How to resize the number of the heading after being disappeared???

Please, see the attached images that shows my question

The heading number is changed to have a size of 1 which makes it too little to be seen, after that I need to resize it and make it 5, but I couldn’t know how to select it to be resized?

Any idea?
