Default For techies - forensic detection advice needed please

Hi there

This is a long story so I will be brief, I need to find out as much information from a word document as possible particularly any indicators as to who, where and when a document was constructed, how many times and the number of users or machines it has been edited on. Tracking had not been turned on (I don't think so anyway) and the document in question has been emailed to 30 or so people, the copy I had was emailed to me 2nd hand. If you need further information please let me know.
Many thanks
D
